Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process
- Scrutiny of Applications — Applications received within the prescribed date/time, with the requisite fee, are scrutinized by the Institute's scrutiny committee.
- Shortlisting / Written Exam — Only eligible candidates are called for a personal interview. If the number of applicants is large, the selection committee may devise shortlisting criteria, which may include a written examination.
- Personal Interview — Candidates are interviewed before the Standing Selection Committee of the Institute. The interview is held at AIIMS Bathinda only; online interviews are not permitted. No TA/DA is paid for attending.
- Medical Fitness — Selected candidates must be declared medically fit by the competent authority.
- Probation Period — Appointment is subject to a review/probation period of two years.
- Interview Communication — Interview date, time, and shortlisting information will be published only on the AIIMS Bathinda website, and interview letters will be sent by email only.
How to Apply / Register / Check Status
- Step 1 – Online Google Form: Fill the mandatory Google Form available on the Official Website. Submit by 21 August 2026, 5:00 PM IST. The link will be disabled after the deadline.
- Step 2 – Download Application Form: Visit the Official Website and download the application form in MS Word format (prescribed proforma).
- Step 3 – Fill & Print: Complete the form, take a printout, and pay the application fee online via the SBI Collect payment gateway. Note the transaction number on the application form.
- Step 4 – Attach Documents: Attach the transaction receipt copy, the duly filled application, and self-attested copies of all required documents.
- Step 5 – Send Hard Copy: Superscribe the envelope as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………… DEPTT. OF ……………" and send by Registered Post or Speed Post only to: The Recruitment Cell, Administrative Block, Medical College Building, Mandi Dabwali Road, AIIMS, Bathinda-151001, Punjab. Important Instructions
