- Download and print the Bio-data Form (Annexure-I) attached to the notification.
- Fill the Bio-data Form in capital letters, affix a recent passport-size colour photograph, and self-attest all required documents.
- Calculate your age as on 07.05.2026 and verify that you meet the upper age limit for your category.
- Arrange one set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents (originals must also be carried for verification).
- Reach The Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI), Suranjan Das Road, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru - 560075 (near Vivekananda Metro Station) by 09:00 AM on the interview date.
- Submit your Bio-data Form and documents at the registration desk. Documents will be scrutinised to verify eligibility.
- Eligible candidates will be called for the interview on the same day or a later day (candidates may need to stay more than one day at their own expense).
- No TA or DA will be paid. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted inside the venue.
