Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection for the Berhampur University Faculty positions involves the following stages:
- Screening/Scrutiny: Applications are evaluated based on UGC guidelines (Appendix II).
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on academic scores and research publications.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear for an interview, which includes a mandatory 9-slide PPT presentation covering research, domain knowledge, and contribution to the university.
