Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Tie-Breaking Rule
In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to the candidate with an earlier date of birth (higher age).
Experience Marks Calculation
- Currently working under NHM Chhattisgarh: 3 marks per year of experience, maximum 15 marks.
- Other candidates: 2 marks per year of experience, maximum 10 marks.
- Only experience with government, semi-government, and government-financed institutions is valid. Certificates must clearly mention duration and office reference number.
- Experience counted only for completed 12-month periods in a single post at one institution.
- COVID-19 Bonus: Candidates who worked as COVID-19 temporary health workers in Chhattisgarh govt health institutions for at least 6 months in a year are eligible for 10 bonus marks (subject to valid appointment order and experience certificate). Maximum combined experience marks (regular + COVID bonus) capped at 10/15 depending on category.
