EWS/OBC Certificate Requirements

• EWS candidates must submit the EWS Certificate as per Annexure-I of DoPT Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt(Res), dated 31 January 2019, based on F.Y. 2025-26 and issued on or after 1 April 2026.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit the OBC (NCL) Certificate as per Annexure-I of DoPT Office Memorandum No. 36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 30 May 2014, and subsequent amendments.

Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process

• Selection is based on academic credentials and interview performance before a Selection Board.
• No written examination is conducted for these posts.
• Candidates must report for document verification at the interview venue at 9:00 AM on the scheduled date.
• The result will be displayed on the Recruitment section of the official website; the offer of appointment will be sent only through email.
• Mere submission of an application does not confer any right to an interview unless the candidate reports with required documents on the scheduled date and time.

1. Download the prescribed application format from the official advertisement and fill it in black/blue ball-point pen in BLOCK LETTERS only.
2. Fill in post applied for, department, personal details, category, educational qualifications with certificates, and experience details in the tables provided.
3. Affix a recent self-attested passport-size photograph with both ears and face clearly visible, signed across the photograph.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents, scanned and arranged in sequence as per the checklist, in PDF format only.
5. Submit the completed application preferably by email to the official contact ID for speedy delivery, or send the original through Speed Post / by hand to the Dean, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Purulia Road, Namkum, Ranchi – 834010.
6. Attach the Demand Draft (application fee, if applicable) in favour of "ESIC Saving Fund A/c No.-2" payable at Namkum, along with the application.
7. Submit a separate application for each post applied for; only one form per candidate per applied post.
8. Ensure the application reaches the office by 9 August 2026.
