Must be registered under MCI/NMC/State Medical Council. For Dental: Post‑Graduate Degree (MDS) in dental specialty, registered with DCI/State Dental Council. For Super Specialties: DM/MCh/DNB in concerned subject OR MD/MS/DNB qualified graduates in concerned broad specialty. |

How to Apply Online
- Appear in person at the Walk-in-Interview on the scheduled date for respective department/specialty.
- Report between 09:30 AM and 10:30 AM for document verification at Academic Block, 2nd Floor, ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata – 700104.
- Submit completed Application Form (Annexure-I) and Verification Slip (Annexure-II) along with original documents and one set of self-attested copies.
- Submit Demand Draft for application fee of Rs. 500/- in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No.1', payable at Kolkata (if applicable).

- NMC / State Medical Council Registration Certificate (original and self-attested copy)
- Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets from Matriculation or equivalent onwards (originals and self-attested copies)
- Experience Certificate (if any)
- Proof of Age (Matriculation Certificate / Admit Card)
- Caste / Category Certificate for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates - in updated Government of India format (original and self-attested copy)
- Bond Clearance Certificate from Appointing Authority (if candidate has completed compulsory post-PG Bond Service)
- NOC from present employer (for candidates already working in any Government Institution)
- 02 recent passport-size photographs
