Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process for the FACT FEDO recruitment consists of the following:
- Skill Test: Applicable for Draughtsman posts (Post Codes 1-6) involving engineering drafting software proficiency.
- Interview: Applicable for Engineer, Deputy Manager, Senior Manager, and AGM positions (Post Codes 7-34).
