- Stage 1: System-Generated Merit List: Shortlisting is done automatically using aggregated Class 10 (SSE) marks rounded to 4 decimal places. Where CGPA/Grades are awarded, a multiplication factor of 9.5 is applied.
- Stage 2: Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents before the Divisional/Unit Head for verification prior to final engagement.
