Key Eligibility Notes
- Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be Domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir with a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority on or before the cut-off date (9 October 2026).
- Ex-Servicemen Age Relaxation: Period of Armed Forces service can be deducted from actual age; if resultant age does not exceed the prescribed maximum by more than 3 years, the candidate is deemed eligible (must not be born after 1 January 2008).
- Reservation: Applicable as per the category-wise vacancy break-up conveyed by the indenting departments and in accordance with the Jammu & Kashmir Reservation Act/Rules.
