How to Apply
- Obtain the Prescribed Standard Form for enrolment from the District Home Guards Office / Training Centre / Civil Defence Office.
- Fill the form and attach 2 recent passport-size photographs (paste one on the form).
- Attach self-attested copies of the required documents (see checklist below).
- Submit the completed application to the respective District Home Guards Office, Officers Commanding District Training Centre, or Civil Defence Office where you are being deployed with various Requisitioning Agencies.
- Ensure the application reaches on or before 28.09.2026. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.

Important Instructions

- The Department reserves the right to cancel the enrolment process wholly or partially without assigning reasons.
- No volunteer can claim regularization or permanent retention.
