- Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours), MCQ format, 1 mark per question.
- Exam centres: Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Sagar, Satna and Ujjain.
- Candidates qualify for the skill test based on merit in a ratio of approximately 1:5 per category.

- Visit the official website www.mphc.gov.in.
- Click on "Recruitment/Result" โ "Click on Online Application Forms/Admit Cards".
- Select this recruitment; four links will be shown - Advertisement, Registration, Application, Edit Application.
- Click Advertisement and read the complete instructions carefully.
- Click Registration and enter the required details; a User-ID and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- Log in via Application, fill the complete form, and upload your photograph and signature.
- Preview the completed form and click Submit.
- Pay the prescribed fee online via debit card or internet banking.
- Click Print to download the application printout and keep it safely for future stages.
- Use the Edit Application link only during the notified correction window (19โ21 September 2026) to fix errors made while filling the Application form.
