Since the call letter is being distributed directly, follow these steps to access it:
- Open the registered Email ID that you used during the application process.
- Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders for an email sent by NSRY / Naval Base Kochi.
- Search for subjects related to "Apprentice Call Letter", "Written Exam", or "AT/01/5030/RTG".
- Download the attachment and take a clear printout.
- Ensure the printout is attested by a Gazetted Officer as per instructions before attending the exam.

Important Exam Day Instructions
- Reporting: All candidates must report by 08:00 Hrs at the Travancore Gate area. No entry will be permitted after the reporting time.

- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and any other electronic devices or bags are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Preparation: Candidates are responsible for their own boarding, lodging, and food arrangements.
