Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process for the Assistant Officer post includes the following stages:
- Application Shortlisting/Screening: Based on qualification and marks.
- Online Written Test: Consists of a Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and an Executive Aptitude Test (EAT).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an interview. Final merit is based on 85% weightage of the written test and 15% weightage of the interview.
- Medical Examination: Final stage conducted by the NTPC Medical Board.
