Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process
- Written Examination: Objective‑type (Multiple Choice Questions) with two parts:
- Part A – Matriculation‑standard Punjabi language paper (qualifying; minimum 50 % required).
- Part B – Merit‑determining section (1 mark per question; negative marking ¼ mark per wrong answer).
- Merit List: Prepared solely on Part‑B marks; ties resolved by older age or higher educational percentage.
- Document Verification / Counselling: Shortlisted candidates appear for verification and counselling; the Board decides the number of candidates called.
- Recommendation: Successful candidates are recommended to respective departments based on merit list and category‑wise post availability.
