How to Apply Online
- Complete 100% profile on NAPS and NATS portals and note the NATS Enrollment ID.
- Visit punjabandsind.bank.in → Recruitment → Apprentice 2026.
- Fill the online form, upload scanned documents (photo, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration), and pay the fee.
- Applications are online only; last date is 06‑06‑2026.
Required Documents
- Recent passport-size colour photograph (to be signed across by the candidate on printing)
- Signature with black ink on white paper (Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted)
- Left Thumb Impression on white paper with black or blue ink
- Handwritten Declaration in English on white paper with black ink - text: "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
- Live photograph captured via webcam or mobile phone (to be uploaded at time of online application)
- Xth / Date of Birth certificate in support of Date of Birth
- Printout of application form
- All certificates and mark sheets of educational qualification from Standard Xth, XII, and Graduation onwards
- Caste Certificate in prescribed Government of India format for SC/ST candidates
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate in prescribed format, valid as on date of joining (issued within one year prior to joining); OBC Caste Name must tally with Central Government list
- Income and Asset Certificate in prescribed format issued by competent authority, valid EWS certificate for the financial year, for EWS category candidates
- Disability Certificate in prescribed format issued by District Medical Board for PwBD candidates
- Age relaxation proof with valid documents (e.g., District Magistrate certificate for 1984 riot-affected persons)
- Photo Identity Proof (PAN Card / Passport / Permanent Driving License / Voter’s Card / Bank Passbook with photograph / Aadhaar / E-Aadhaar / Identity Card issued by recognised College/University / Gazetted Officer certificate) - bearing the same name as on the application / call letter. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are NOT valid.
- Two passport-size photographs similar to the one used during portal registration
- Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility
