Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process
The selection process consists of a two-stage Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted in Hindi and English.
- Screening Examination: Qualifying round to shortlist candidates (10 times the number of posts) for the Main Exam.
- Main Examination: Final merit is based solely on marks obtained in this stage.
- Exam Pattern: 100 marks, 2 hours duration. MCQs include Subject-related (60 marks), General English (10), GK (10), Reasoning (10), and Math (10).
- Negative Marking: 1 mark for correct answer; 0.25 mark deduction for wrong answer.
- Skill Test: Mandatory for Stenographer post (qualifying nature) for candidates shortlisted (5 times the posts).
- Document Verification: Final stage for selected candidates.
