Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Initial screening based on eligibility criteria.
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Conducted only if eligible applications exceed 5 times the requirement.
- Personal Interview: Final assessment for shortlisted candidates.
- Final Selection: Based on a merit list with an 80:20 weightage for CBT and Interview (if CBT is conducted).
