Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process
- Written Examination (Objective Type) consisting of three papers:
- Paper I: General Studies & General Hindi – 100 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours.
- Paper II: Veterinary Science – 150 questions, 300 marks, 3 hours.
- Paper III: Animal Science – 150 questions, 300 marks, 3 hours.
- Total marks: 800.
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- Unreserved: 45%
- OBC/EWS: 40%
- SC/Ex-servicemen: 35%
- PwD: 30%
- Exam centres: Haridwar and Haldwani (if candidate count is low, only Haridwar).
