Salary / Remuneration

Note: For Senior Resident posts, Rs. 1,350/- is deducted if the candidate holds only a diploma, and Rs. 2,250/- is deducted if the candidate does not hold a degree or diploma. Retired employees/pensioners may draw total pay without deduction.

Terms of Contract

• Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years (renewed yearly based on satisfactory performance), or until the candidate attains 70 years of age, or until a regular incumbent joins — whichever is earliest.
• Termination: Either side may terminate with one month's prior notice without assigning reason.
• Security Deposit: Rs. 1,00,000/- (forfeited if resigning within 6 months). For 44-day tenure appointments: Rs. 50,000/- (forfeited if resigning during that period).
• Leaves: 2.5 leaves per month.
• Service Benefits: No PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, medical benefits, or seniority-based promotion admissible.
• Attendance: Manual marking + Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) on scheduled working days.
• Private Practice: Not allowed in any capacity after joining.
