Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process

1. 1st Test – Domain Knowledge Test: Computer-based MCQ test covering general computer topics and domain-specific questions. Valid for 1 year from advertisement date.
2. Training: Qualifying candidates must complete approx. 50 hours of training (within 4 weeks) at labs in Ambala or Gurugram. Minimum 75% attendance compulsory. A refundable security deposit of ₹1,500 is payable after clearing the 1st test.
3. 2nd Test – Practical/Project Test: Eligible after training with ≥75% attendance. Maximum 2 attempts allowed against a single advertisement; training may be undergone a maximum of two times.
4. Panel Preparation: Merit prepared with equal weightage to 1st (Domain Knowledge) and 2nd (Practical) tests. Separate panels for each reserved category; deployment follows the reservation roster.

Key Conditions:

• ₹1,500 security deposit is refunded if candidate attends ≥75% training, clears 2nd test within permitted attempts, and does not damage hardware/property.
• A candidate once placed on the panel cannot re-apply for that post for at least 6 months.
• Clearing the test does not guarantee placement; candidates are recommended only on receipt of confirmed requirement from the indenting organization.

3. Fill in the application form, selecting only one district (one candidate is allowed to apply in one district only).
4. Pay the applicable application fee based on category and gender.
5. Submit the application between 30.07.2026 and 09.08.2026.
6. Download the admit card from the website from 12.08.2026 onwards — no individual communication will be sent.
