Selection Process & Exam Pattern
There is no written examination for the IOCL Panipat Apprentice recruitment. The selection is based entirely on a merit-based system.
Selection Criteria:
- Merit List: Candidates will be ranked in descending order based on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination.
- Tie-Breaking Rule: In the event of a tie in marks, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher. If the date of birth is also identical, marks in Matriculation will be the deciding factor.
