Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process

  • Stage 1 — Written Examination: OMR-based written examination conducted for the posts of Inspector (FPF), Wildlife Guard, FPF Guard, Field Assistant, and Social Forestry Worker under the Forest, Ecology & Environment Department, J&K.
  • Stage 2 — PST/PET (Walk Test): Candidates shortlisted based on the written exam scoresheet are called for the Physical Standard Test / Physical Endurance Test (Walk Test), which is of a qualifying nature only.
  • The PST/PET is conducted category-wise at Jammu and Srinagar.
  • The Board's decision at every stage is final.

  • The PST/PET is of a qualifying nature only.
