Eligibility Restrictions
- Open to underprivileged candidates who are residents of Sundargarh District and other Districts of Odisha State only.
- Preference given to candidates from RSP direct impact zones: Bisra Block, Kuarmunda Block, Nuagaon Block, Lathikata Block (Sundargarh District), Rourkela Municipality, Rourkela Industrial Township, RSP Resettlement Colonies, and Model Steel Villages of RSP.
- Candidates who have previously undergone a similar training programme at IGH are not eligible for a second tenure.
Selection Process
Selection is based on Interview only (no written examination). The process includes:

- Interview – Date, venue, and time will be intimated via SMS to registered mobile numbers and published on the official website and IGH notice board.
