Experience Requirements (all posts): Post-qualification executive experience in Erection/Commissioning and/or Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Coal-based Thermal Power Plants, including Super Critical Thermal Power Plants of minimum 660 MW capacity.

Selection / Admission / Evaluation Process
- Scrutiny of applications based on the job specifications.
- Screening test (optional, qualifying in nature only — 50% qualifying marks for UR/EWS/ESM, 40% for reserved categories; carries no weightage in final merit).
- Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Personal Interview — final selection and merit list based purely on interview marks (50% qualifying for UR/EWS/ESM, 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC-NCL).
- Candidates may appear for the Personal Interview in Hindi or English.
- Experienced candidates with experience beyond the prescribed minimum may be considered for service weightage by the Selection Committee.
- Offer of appointment issued in order of category-wise merit, subject to requirement and medical fitness.
