Essential Experience Requirements (Post-wise):

  • Assistant Soil Chemist: 3 years' experience in Soil and Water analysis in a Central/State Government, UT, autonomous/statutory organisation, PSU, University or recognised research institution.
  • Prosecutor (SFIO): 1 year (for regular LLB route) or 2 years (for integrated law degree route) experience handling litigation and court matters / administration of law in a Government organisation.
  • All Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor posts: 3 years' teaching experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned speciality after the first PG degree.
  • Deputy Assistant Director (Entomology) & Entomologist (CCCO): 3 years' experience in teaching and/or research and/or control in Medical Entomology, Public Health Entomology or Vector Borne Diseases under a Central/State Government body, autonomous/statutory organisation, PSU, University or recognised research institute.
  • Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology): 3 years' experience in research and analytical work in Toxicology in a Central/State organisation, recognised institute, university, or forensic science laboratory.
  • Superintendent (Legal): 2 years' experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service, OR in the Legal Department of a State, OR as a Central Government servant in legal affairs, OR as an Advocate at the Bar.

Age Relaxation: For every post, age is relaxable by up to 10 years for PwBD candidates (subject to post suitability and maximum age of 56 years on closing date). Additional relaxations: SC/ST (up to 5 years), OBC (up to 3 years), Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers (5 years, subject to conditions), Central/UT Government servants (up to 5 years). The date for determining age and all eligibility is the closing date: 31 July 2026.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
